The game is a great strategy game in itself, and provides a good opportunity to connect with other players and work as a team. Unfortunately the creator has allowed it to decline. In addition to their inattention to the game in the way of updates, there are some clear cases of favoritism towards some of the players/mods that is damaging the game. If some are allowed to bend or break the rules as stated, there's really no point in trying to compete against them.
