The game has great graphics and a very accurate engine for shooting. Even to the point of having the breathing method of firing off that perfect shot. It's all things that they teach in the United States Army. The game tries to link to government sites to play online. This would be like a modern version of what they used to train soldiers how to shoot back when I was in (late 80's early 90's) and I would not be surprised if they were using the program to gather information on those using it. So if you want a completely free game, with no strings attached, nothing odd going on with the servers it tries to talk to, keep looking.
