My Aegis Review By Lilpharoh05
The game I am reviewing is called Aegis, Its basically what you would call a MMORPG or a Massivly multiplayer Online Role Playing Game for those that don’t know what its called.
Its basically what you would call a turn-based strategy game, but let me tell you.. It’s a lot more than that. The game comprises of several elements such as Gathering and Maintaining Resources like Gold, Wood, Stone and Textiles, then you throw in Moral and Maintaining a peasant work force and paying for a well rounded army...and as if that wasn’t enough throw in some buildings and you got your province.
The enviroment of this game is very friendly because you can meet and talk to people from all over the world, that you would not normally meet. Also if you need help, then post on what they call the empire forum, because this is where everyone that plays Aegis will be talking with each other and eventually someone will come along and help you…Once I had a question and I thought no one would help me but a few people jumped on the question like lions on a dead carcass.
To make things even better your province is only 1 very small chunk of land in the empire but to make an effect you must join a kingdom if you don’t want to become a fish in the barrel for those vultures looking for easy gold and land...well that’s just a description of the game in a nutshell. By what i have seen and done in this game is truly extraordinary by any means...I have fought and annihlated many kingdoms with help from my friends and grow with many nice people too.
Kingdoms in Aegis are a very safe place to grow...simply because of the fact that the king's army automatically protects you...How you ask well its simple really the king has the ability to place an outpost at each province allowing a portion of his army to protect all his vassals.
In That respect my rating for this game is a 5 star simply because this is an original game that is very addictive because it keeps you hooked on several things and it also makes you want to come back and play it some more. So In my opinion I think if you read this and it don’t convince you then Go and check out Aegis for yourself and that will change your mind.
