The greatest 2d game ever made

Subspace has everything- individual as well as team play(duels, 2v2, 4v4); tournaments; 8 differnent ships to fly, all with different capabilities, strengths and weaknesses(i prefer either the Warbird or the Weasel myself); over a dozen different zones in which to play; amazing physics unlike any other game; awesome graphics(as good as 2d needs, and yes, better than your gameboy);and all the excitement of fighting real people(safely seated in the comfort of your computer chair, that is).

There is virtually no chance involved in Subspace. If you are new, yes, you will get stomped. But that is what makes the game so good-the heirarchy of players, and everyone is trying to move up the ladder. At first glance Subspace might look like a simple asteroids game. It is only once you start to play that you realize that there is more strategy than you can learn in a year. If you want a game that you can master in a few hours, Subspace is not for you.
