I have played a good number of online browser games, and have ended up quitting most because of this amazing game. You sign up, pick a system and a play style (each with their advantages and disadvantages)then the fun starts. There are many different strategies that people can come up with. Do i make a huge starship fleet so i can rob my enemies territories? Maybe a larger fighter fleet to wear down those same enemies... perhaps a secret and sneaky cloak attack to kill off their population? Or, you could hit a button and watch them go up in flames, all of them greatly satisfying. Even if i didn't play, i would probably hang around the forums because of how great most of these guys are. Several days before the round starts and systems are allready at each others throats, declaring which is better, and vowing to destroy their enemies. It creates a nicely charged atmosphere of competition, and there are alwys people who are fighting it out. Revenge is a dish served often in ShadowOps, it has no time to get cold. by Sintek
