A rip off

This is a good game and lots of fun i have been playing it for a long time now but they frequently have problems that re set your player and you lose all your stuff and they say oops sorry and they dont care that you lose everything for instance i was level 45 and had over enchanted idems thay had a server issue and did a roll back im down to 23 and have no armor or weps als lost my skills they told me sorry we cant help you keep playing if it was not for my friend Colonel i would have been stuck and had no chance at fixing my self thank god for my guild that i had been in for so long other wise my gaming experionce would have been destroyed with NO thanks to the deicide staff members who skrewed me over and then brushed me off and had nothing but default messages to send there very inpersonal and dont care about there players beware of this game
