Game: Martial Combat

The basic idea is to train your very own, user created, roster of martial arts experts to become the best in the world, as they battle against other players from around the world. on the down side the game is entirely text based and you therefore cannot see what characters look like etc. but this doesn't matter at all, because of how easy it is to do everything. from training to joining teams and buying equipment and staff. the game exells in how easy it is to play. there is also a competitive yet friendly atmosphere which is fantastic. and you can customise what your characters are like in their description. also there is a large amount of stats to build., and arts to choose from. unfortunatly some arts are blatently better than others because they are much better at using holds than other arts. this means that they can inflict huge amounts of damage in one move. however thanks to the very desriptive fight comentary and after match stats it is also easy to see where your fighter is going wrong. graphics 1 (its all text) sound0 (none) community 5 (very friendly and competative) gameplay 4 (great but hindered by constant text) lifespan 5 (if like me you like the sound of this kind of dame and dont mind too much text then limitless) A superb game but still some room for improvment, like a match engine, although this is just a minor point from an otherwise flawless online game
