a bizarrely different game

When Lexulous was simply a renamed Scrabulous, it was very similar to the original. The board has been rearranged and certainly letter values have been increased. The result is higher scores. Before, my score was quite similar to the official electronic version. I had around 1400, and now on the new Lexulous I have around 1500. So, it's not the same game, but it's still fun!

the best site to play scrabble

hello everyone
just want to take a minute to say scrabulous.com is the best site to enjoy a relaxing game of scrabble no matter what level you play at. the people there are great and the administrators are always willing to be very helpful. i have played scrabble at other sites but none compares to this one. the graphics and speed are excellent. the rating system is fair and just. take the time and come visit, i'm sure you will enjoy.

What I Did For My Summer Vacation and Every Other Day of the Year

I love the site, especially the time-set options for games; however, the following problems have occurred since I discovered it almost a year ago:

o sudden weight gain (ironic, considering I haven't cooked a meal since the day I joined)

o formation of laundry mountains

o awkardness interacting in live social situations

o hounding of creditors (but never AOL) and frequent utility shut-offs (due to unpaid bills)

o driving interference (due to obsessive anagramming of street signs and posted laws)

o wilderness avoidance (until Coleman develops a propane-fueled laptop)

One good thing has come of this, however; my running shoes remain in excellent condition. For this, I thank my friends at Scrabulous, administration and opponents, some of whom include (in alphabetical order so no preference is indicated) AEK91, Betterlate, Eric, HappyScrabb, Oppressed, Pacifico, Ragbraigirl, Scantron, Wellies, Willwinlori, x_Amy_x

The best online scrabble site. The administrators are available, helpful and keep the site friendly as well as fun. Since I've discovered Scrabulous (formerly BingoBinge) it's hard to imagine a day without a good game of Scrabble!

It's just too good. Nice people, nice graphics, fast play, timer options and excellent validation system.

Site is non intrusive and does not ask for any personal information!!

This is one site where you actually feel like contributing in terms of time / money / wishes!!!!

A truly glorious site. All Scrabblemates are friendly - the rating system is easy to follow - the chat rooms are always friendly and EXTREMELY helpful- you can tell exactly who you are playing - you can even store games for completion at a later date!!! As far as Scrabble sites go,,,,this one takes the tiles!!!!

*~* Scrabulous is truly Fabulous! *~*

It is one of the few FREE Scrabble sites on the internet, yet still maintains to be the best I have found, although be warned...
After 20 minutes and you'll be addicted!

The graphics are awesome; the system is fast and accurate. It also has a rating system that allows me to challenge people in my own league or go for broke and play the top dogs.

There are numerous options including buddies, tile shuffling, chat, private messaging, sound options, observation of live games, definitions... I couldn't list them all if I tried!

There is a whole great community at Scrabulous with even the option of uploading a picture to your profile, I'm pretty sure many at Scrabulous spend just as much time chatting as playing. :)

The admin are friendly professionals which keeps the community great. NO quitters, NO sitters they sort any problem within 12 hours!!

Overall, an A+++ site, I think after playing at Scrabulous I may have to start up an ~SA~ - Scrabulousolics Anonymous... :)

I have forgotten what a real scrabble board looks like and probably won't see one for a long time if Scrabulous stays around.

THIS SITE ROCKS!!!

Playing at 'Scrabulous'

I have been playing at this site since its inception (and previously at "BingBinge" by the same team). The graphics are superb, the help given by the administrators is prompt, the site rules of ethics make it a site suitable for players of all ages, tournaments are held , the gaming is FREE so try it!!!

Scrabble online at Scrabulous

I have been playing Scrabble online for almost 6 years now. Initially I played with WordBiz then at Quad. After Quad became paid I switched over to Scrabulous.

My BEST decision ever! Scrabulous lives up to its name and is a truly fabulous site for free Scrabble! I play there everyday and the best part is that at Scrabulous you get a list of 2 letter words, so that is a big help. You can also upload your own picture in the user profiles section. Mine is there :) They have a much better rating system and I LOVE their whacky Scrabble tournaments too!

All in all, I wan to say that Scrabulous is the BEST place for free LIVE Scrabble and I wont be leaving it sooner or later ;)

Great Site!

hey guys this site is really cool. i have been playing at it for the past month or so and the experience is great. the graphics are amazing, the lobbies are kept "clean" and the users are very nice and friendly.

the rating system lets me choose my level or, people better than me to play with and they have a lot of really easy to use and fantastic features ... like sound / sorting of rack tiles etc.
