Free web-based MMO, Renaissance Kingdoms takes place in a realistic environment: Western Europe at the end of the Middle Ages. The player starts as a tramp that has to get rich, famous in his community, in order to take power and lead the destinies of thousands of players. But he can also prefer to become a monk and enters a cloister or a travel through the many cities of the Kingdoms to sell products on the markets, as a merchant. True and realistic economic and political models ruled by a great community of players!

There are no 'helps' to this game and unless you have some kindly people take you under their wing right off, chances of survival of your interest and character are slim to none. The forums, which are the main part of RK since it takes all of 5 minutes to do what needs doing in-game, are run by a tyrannical forum admin and a hit-squad of censors. People are banned for no reason often, and most times just based on personal dislike by the admin or censors.
