Strategy in its purest form

Intergalactics is first and foremost a strategy game. Everything else comes second. Many people today will be probably turned away by the low graphics and lack of eye candy. But others will realise that Intergalactics with its simple game mechanics is Strategy in its purest form. The game is very easy to learn however it will take a long time and continuous practice to master. It is best be played alone initially, against programmed opponents, called 'bots'. The true excitement of course will be available once you play against another human(s), trying to guess, double guess etc their actions. All-in-all I defanitly recommend you at least try Intergalactics once. You will either love it or hate it... there is no middle ground. And the chances are even.
